Scope
These terms cover the mobiumlabs.com website and the products published by Mobium Labs. A product may publish its own supplementary terms, which take precedence for anything they address. Products distributed through an app marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s terms.
Using the products
You may use them for their intended purpose. Please do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer them, and do not use them in a way that is unlawful or that interferes with anyone else’s use.
Your content
Anything you create in a product belongs to you. Mobium Labs stores it only to provide that product, as described in the privacy policy.
Ownership
The name Mobium Labs, the logo, the products, and this website remain the property of Mobium Labs.
Third-party services
The products may rely on services from providers such as Apple, Google, or Meta for distribution, sign-in, or sync. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability is outside Mobium Labs’ control.
Availability and changes
Products may be updated, changed, or discontinued over time. Where a product is discontinued, reasonable notice will be given through the product or this website so that any content you hold in it can be retrieved.
No warranty
The products are provided as they are. They are built and maintained carefully, but they are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error free, and they should not be relied on where a failure could cause harm. To the extent the law allows, Mobium Labs is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from their use.
